How do I become a Cardifye partner?
Register on our website, complete digital KYC, upload your PAN and address proof, and sign the partner agreement online. The entire process takes under 24 hours and is 100% digital — no branch visits required.
What documents are required for KYC?
You'll need your PAN card, Aadhaar card (for address proof), a cancelled cheque or bank statement, and a selfie photograph. Business partners additionally need GST certificate and business registration documents.
When and how are commissions paid?
Commissions are credited directly to your registered bank account via NEFT/IMPS within 15–30 days of the qualifying event (loan disbursal or card activation). TDS under Section 194H is deducted and a Form 16A is issued quarterly.
Is there a registration or platform fee?
No. Registration as a Cardifye partner is completely free. There are no platform fees, monthly charges, or hidden deductions. You earn commissions — we never charge partners for access.
Can I add sub-agents to my team?
Yes. As an Active or Premium partner, you can onboard sub-DSAs under your hierarchy. You earn override commissions on all business generated by your sub-agents, creating a passive income stream.
How do I raise a complaint or grievance?
Use the Grievance tab in the contact form above, or email grievance@cardifye.com directly. Our Grievance Officer will acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within 30 days, as per RBI guidelines. You may escalate unresolved matters to the Banking Ombudsman.
